| 抄録: | A case of left renal pelvic cancer with a high level of serum CA19-9 is reported. Radiological examination showed a left renal pelvic cancer with lymph node metastasis, but did not reveal any tumors producing CA19-9 in any other organs. Chemotherapy was performed in addition to left total nephroureterectomy. The serum level of CA19-9 decreased to the normal range within three weeks after the operation. Immunohistochemical examination demonstrated that CA19-9 might have been produced from the tumor cells themselves in this case. |
