| 抄録: | A 70-year-old man was given a diagnosis of sigmoidovesical fistula due to diverticulitis through the combination of examinations including cystoscopy, sigmoidoscopy, barium enema, urogram, computed tomography (CT), and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). Among these, MRI was the most useful for the direct detection of the fistula in T1 weighted images and the confirmation of the lesion in T2 weighted images. |
