| 抄録: | We report a rare case of adrenal hemangioma incidentally discovered by computed tomography (CT) in a 75-year-old female, the hormonal examination showed within the normal range, and ultrasound-sonography, CT scan and angiography disclosed the mass to be a non-functioning adrenal tumor. The tumor was removed operatively and the pathological finding was adrenal hemangioma. Twenty reported cases found in the Japanese literature are reviewed. |
