| 抄録: | Cutaneous vesicostomy according to Paquin's modification was performed on 5 female patients with neurogenic bladder caused by cervical spinal cord injury and long-term follow-up is now available. All patients are free from risk of autonomic dysreflexia and catheter trouble. There was one significant complication, stomal stricture, but it did not result in severe urinary infections or secondary changes in the upper urinary tract. Cutaneous vesicostomy proved to be valuable to improve the quality of life in female patients with neurogenic bladder caused by cervical spinal cord injury. |
