| 抄録: | A 41-year-old man was hospitalized, complaining of fecaluria and right lower abdominal pain. He was diagnosed to have vesicorectal fistula. Wedge resection of bladder and rectum, and partial resection of ileocecal legion were performed. Pathological diagnosis was Crohn's disease. Postoperative course was uneventful and no recurrence was observed. Including our case, 32 cases of enterovesical fistula due to Crohn's disease have been reported in the Japanese literature. |
