| 抄録: | A 41-year-old female patient with a right retroperitoneal tumor for more than thirty years was referred to our department. Exploration was done through a transperitoneal approach and the tumor was removed. A ganglioneuroma was diagnosed histopathologically. There have been 99 reported cases with retroperitoneal ganglioneuroma including our present case in Japan and we discuss the pathogenesis and treatment of this rare disease. |
