| 抄録: | Herein we report case of multilocular cyst of the right kidney complicated with clear cell type renal cell carcinoma. The chief complaint of the 51-year-old male patient was macroscopic hematuria. He underwent radical nephrectomy and was administered postoperative adjuvant chemotherapy with alpha-interferon. No recurrence was found 18 months after operation. Pathogenesis of multilocular cyst of the kidney and the mechanism of malignant transformation are discussed. |
