| 抄録: | Recently, genital sclerosing lipogranuloma having no history of trauma and foreign body infusion are more common in Japan. We report three cases recently encountered in which tumors were diagnosed as sclerosing lipogranuloma on histological examination. In case 1, lipid analyses of the tissues by infrared absorption spectrometry proved that it was endogenous in origin. |
