|Abstract:||We report a case of gastric diverticulum difficult to differentiate from left adrenal tumor. A 58-year-old woman was admitted for the examination of right renal cyst. Ultrasonogram and abdominal CT scan revealed 3 cm mass at the upper pole of the left kidney. Operation was performed with diagnosis of left adrenal incidentaloma, but no evident tumor was explored. Postoperative X-ray of upper gastrointestine revealed the mass as a gastric diverticulum.|
