| 抄録: | 6, 7, 12, 13歳の4例の尿路結石症に対しESWLを実施し, 良好な結果をえた。治療に際し注意深い配慮により小児でも安全に行なえる治療法である Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy treatment for calculi of the upper urinary tract was performed on 4 children between 6 and 13 years old. The patients were treated under general anesthesia with Lithostar. Good fragmentation was achieved in all cases. No undue side effects or complications were encountered in the cases. We conclude that extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy is a safe and effective method of treating renal and ureteral calculi in children. |
