| 抄録: | 前立腺肥大症, 神経因性膀胱機能障害などが原因で, 残尿を有する外来通院中の18例に残尿量測定をおこなう際, 膀胱内にアミカシン600 mgを1回投与した.1) UTI薬効評価基準に従ってその有効率を判定したところ, 著効15例, 有効1例, 無効1例, 判定不能1例であり, 有効率は88.9%であった.2)尿路感染のみられない期間は1～8週であり, 平均2.9週であった.3)何ら副作用を認めなかった Amikacin 600 mg was administered into the bladder to treat complicated cystitis with benign prostatic hyperplasia or neurogenic bladder after removing residual urine in the bladder in 18 patients. The overall effective rate was 88.9% (excellent in 15 cases, moderate in 1 case, poor in 1 case). The period of effectiveness was from 1 to 8 weeks after administration of Amikacin. No side effects were seen. |
