| 抄録: | We report a case of a 3, 100 g giant liposarcoma of the spermatic cord in an 88-year-old man. The tumor had been present for 13 years. The pathological diagnosis was well-differentiated liposarcoma of sclerosing type. Twenty-two cases of spermatic cord liposarcoma found in the Japanese literature were reviewed. This case was thought to be of the largest tumor and oldest patient in the Japanese literature. |
