| 抄録: | 分腎機能検査としての99mTc-DMSAレノシンチグラフィーの有用性について検討した.1)本邦人における腎の深さを求める公式を導き, それより減衰係数を求めた.2)総腎の99mTc-DMSA摂取率と24時間内因性のクレアチニンクリアランス, PSP 15分値及び2時間値とはよく相関していた.3) 99mTc-DMSA腎摂取率の左右比と99mTc-DTPA腎摂取率の左右比とはよく相関していた.4) 99mTc-DMSA renoscintigraphyは定量性の高い分腎機能検査であり, 形態学的検査としても有用である We studied the total and differential renal function by 99mTc-dimercaptosuccinic acid (DMSA) renoscintigraphy and present a formula to estimate the renal depth for the Japanese and the attenuation coefficient which influenced renal uptake. Total renal uptake of 99mTc-DMSA correlated well with creatinine clearance and with the PSP test, and there was a close correlation between its relative uptake and relative function as determined by 99mTc-diethylenetriaminepentaacetic acid (DTPA) renography. Therefore differential renal function test with 99mTc-DMSA renoscintigraphy was found to have clinical utility. We also demonstrated 99mTc-DMSA renoscintigraphy provided useful morphological information. |
