| 抄録: | A 52-year-old woman was admitted, complaining of an abdominal mass and jaundice. The abdominal mass was revealed to be myoma uteri. We explored her hormonal data for her virilizing signs. Urinary 17KS and pregnanetriol levels were elevated and decreased by cortisol administration. She was diagnosed to have 21-hydroxylase deficiency and has been well controlled at our out-patient clinic. |
