| 抄録: | 1984年度(1984年1月1日～1984年12月31日)の入院患者1, 314例の臨床統計をおこなった.1)主要疾患は全尿路結石症452例(34.4%), 前立腺肥大症297例(22.6%)であった.2)おもなる手術術式は, endourologyが中心であった.経尿道的前立腺切除術(TUR-P) 224例(34.5%), 体外衝撃波による腎尿管結石破砕術(ESWL) 214例(33.0%), 経尿道的膀胱腫瘍切除術45例(6.9%)であった A clinical statistic survey was carried out on the patients, diseases and operations experienced at our urological clinic in 1984. The total number of inpatients was 1314, the male to female ratio being 2.97:1. The major diseases of the inpatients were urolithiasis (452 cases, 34.4%), and BPH (297 cases, 22.6%). Among the operations, TUR-P 34.1%, ESWL 33.0%, TUR-BT 6.9% were predominant. |
