膀胱癌患者の細胞性免疫能に関する研究 第11報: specificADCCactivityについて

Abstract

膀胱癌患者30例を対象にADCC assayおよびspecific ADCC assayを試みた.1) ADCC assayはhigh grade群, high stage群で低下する傾向にあった.2) Specific ADCC assayは抗腫瘍家兎血清と沈降線を描く陽性群では明らかな反応性が認められ, とくに家兎抗血清を加えた場合に強いADCC活性が認められた.したがって膀胱癌患者の抗腫瘍性抗体産生能は著しく低下しているか, あるいは抗体産生を抑制する因子の存在が示唆された

We previously reported that the activity of antibody dependent cell-mediated cytotoxicity (ADCC) of lymphocytes from the patients with urinary bladder carcinoma was lower than that of normal subjects. We performed the specific ADCC assay using SRBC as the target cells, coated with tumor extract from the urinary bladder carcinoma. At the same time, the antiserum was collected from the immunized rabbit by the same tumor extract. The addition of the antiserum from the immunized rabbit gave the highest value for the patient sub-group that produced a precipitin band (Ouchterlony gel diffusion assay). Therefore it is suggested that the reaction of lymphocytes to tumor associated antigens is maintained to a considerable extent, although ADCC activity of the patient group was decreased. However, the antibody producing phenomenon toward the tumor associated antigen might be restrained.
