| 抄録: | urethral syndromeにおけるR-R間隔変動係数を測定し, CV値3.31±1.56%と健常者に比し有意の低下が得られた.CV値低下例の一部に対しB12 mecobalaminを投与して6例中4例に症状の改善を認めた We reviewed 41 patients who were evaluated for the urethral syndrome. Evaluation included urinalysis, cystoscopy and the measurement of the R-R interval on ECG in all cases. The coefficient variation of R-R interval in urethral syndrome was significantly lower (p less than 0.001) than that of the healthy individuals. Treatment by mecobalamin showed that 4 of the 6 patients benefitted considerably. |
