| 抄録: | We handed out questionnaires to determine the impact of medical expense on the household economy at our university hospital in July, 1986. The urology department had more many male and aged patients than the other departments. The monthly medical expense average for outpatients of urology and other departments was 29, 705 yen, 20, 298 yen and for inpatients 32, 632, and 59, 591 yen, respectively. Of the urological patients, 64.1% were concerned about great influence of medical expense on the household economy. |
