| 抄録: | Metastatic tumor of the penis is uncommon. A 62-year-old man was admitted with the complaint of diffuse induration of the penile shaft. Biopsy material of the corpora cavernosa and supraclavicular lymphnode showed metastatic seminoma histopathologically, but no abnormal finding of bilateral testes was seen. Chest X-ray showed a mass at the upper anterior mediastinum. We considered the primary site of this malignant disease to be the mediastinum. The patient died of liver cirrhosis but permission of autopsy could not be obtained. |
