| 抄録: | Conray-400 was used for excretory pyelography in 27 outpatients at our department in a comparative study of it with some of the preparations in conventional use (76, % Urografin and 80, % Angio-Conray). The results indicate that there is nothing to choose between these agents particularly with respect to the opacifying capacity, sharpness of image shadows produced, and untoward side effects. Conray-400 could be injected intravenously more rapidly and easily than the other 2, however, being lowest of the 3 agents studied in its viscosity. |
