| 抄録: | Conti and Bolliger reported that corpus spongiosum drains venous blood directly by the way of vena profunda penis, while corpus cavernosa through deep dorsal vein. For this reason an anastomosis was reported by Quackels in 1964 in order to eliminate engorged venous blood in the cavernosa by shunting with corpus spongiosum. In our case, 29-year-old man with priapism was successfully treated by the anastomosis. Technique employed was described and further trial of this procedure was warranted. |
