|Abstract:||The report deals with a case of 55-year-old male who complained 'of hypertension and headache. Based on the results of urological examinations and aortography the patient was diagnosed as renal hypertension due to Buerger's disease accompanied with complete embolism of the abdominal aorta including right renal artery and stricture of the left renal artery. No vascular surgery was attempted in this case.|
