dc.description.abstractDouble primary carcinoma in the same patient is uncommon, and especially uterus-kidney carcinoma is very rare. Here reported a r e two cases of double carcinoma, the first case being a sixty-one-year-old and the second case a forty-one-year-old woman. Both of them had had operation on uterine cervix carcinoma. Abo u t three to four years after operation they noted gross hematuria and mass in the flank region. A series of urological examinations revealed renal tumor in them. Postoperative pathological studies verified primary renal cell. c a rcinoma. They alive in present without recurrence of both malignancies.en
