| 抄録: | The patient was a 34-year-old man who visited our clinic with chief complaint of hematuria. Intravenous and retrograde pyelography showed a filling defect of the lower calyceal system of the left kidney. The definite diagnosis couldn't be established preoperatively even by selective renal angiography, renoscintigram or renal angioscanography, but was made by nephrectomy. Histopathological study revealed a cavernous hemangioma which arose from the renal capsule. |
