| 抄録: | Stenosis was made in a unilateral ureter of the rabbit to produce hydronephrosis in the related kidney. As a result of 70 % Isosorbide administration, increase of urinary excretion from the both kidneys was observed. Isosorbide was administered to thirty-four cases of urolithiasis and the result obtained showed that it was effective for spontaneous passage of calculi. No side effects were observed in all the cases. |
