| 抄録: | Rapid diuresis by Mannigen infusion was applied for 12 cases with upper urinary tract lithiasis sized 0.6-1.2 cm in diameter. Ten cases showed spontaneous stone discharges within 16 days. This treatment is effective as a conservative therapy of middle-sized urinary stones and applicable for the decision of indication for surgical procedure. |
