| 抄録: | SPANATE, a new antispasmodic, was applied, and the following results were obtained from a double blind method on its clinical effects. 1) Spanate caused relaxation of the bladder and lowered the intravesical pressure. 2) Its analgesic and antispasmodic effects were confirmed for spastic pains due to urinary calculi. 3) As to side effects, only slight stomach upset was observed. There was no hematological nor hepatological changes due to its administration. 4) Double blind method adopted in our clinical study was thought to be useful in the clinical trial of a new drug. |
