| 抄録: | There have been very few reports on retroperitoneal serous cysts and only 23 cases have been reported in Japan. We report a case of a 47-year-old woman who presented with the complaint of dull pain in her lower abdomen. After careful examination, she was diagnosed to have retroperitoneal serous cyst. |
