| 抄録: | A 60-year-old female presented with the main complaints of hematuria, pain upon urination, and pollakiuria. Simple abdominal X-rays revealed a dumb bell-shaped calculus shadow, and a calculus was detected in the right posterior wall by cystoscopy. At surgery, a left ovarian dermoid cyst accompanied by a calculus that was adhesive and perforating in the right posterior wall of bladder was detected. Twenty-eight cases of ovarian dermoid cyst with bladder perforation including this case are reported. |
