| 抄録: | Ubretid preparation, containing 5 mg anticholine esterase in one tablet, was administered 10 mg a day to 10 women suffering from irritable bladder, eight of whom were diagnosed as hypotonic type of the bladder dysfunction by cystometry. Seven of them showed improvement of subjective symptoms after administration of Ubretid. No side effects were observed in all the cases. |
