| 抄録: | A 62-year-old man visited our clinic with chief complaints of difficult urination and painless induration in the penis. Amputation of the penis was performed. Histological study of the tumor revealed basal cell carcinoma of the urethra. In the vicinity of the tumor, basal cell proliferation was conspicuous which was compatible with metaplasia of the urethral mucosa. |
