| 抄録: | Effects of "Dilospan" was studied experimentally and clinically. The following results were obtained. 1) Phloroglucinol, one of the components of Dilospan, inhibited peristaltic contraction of the isolated canine ureter at concentration of 1x10[-4] g/ml. 2) Analgesic effect of Dilospan was clinically proved in the patients with ureteral stone. 3) Dilospan was effective even for urethral or vesical pain in many cases. |
