| 抄録: | A one-year-old girl was seen with dysuria, frequent urination and discharge of sand in urine. A tumor was found protruding from the external urethral orifice. Cystoscopy revealed several tumors in the trigone to bladder neck Cystography showed shadow defect in the base of bladder. Cystotomy and resection of the tumors were performed, but the patient died prob2.bly of renal failure and infection. Histology disclosed myxoma with squamous metaplasia which had caused salt precipitation. |
