| 抄録: | Nine cases of prostatic hypertrophy with ages from 53 to 72 received SH 582, 300 mg once every week intramuscularly for 64 to 103 days (mean 80.3 days), the dosage amounting to 2700 to 3600 mg (mean 3300 mg). Residual urine volume was reduced, and subjective symptoms were improved. However, further studies will be needed on the effect of its prolonged administration as well as on the possible recurrence of symptoms after discontinuation. |
