| 抄録: | 20 patients (aged 56-80) with prostatic hypertrophy received intramuscular injection of SH 582 over a period of 1 to 5 months; the weekly dosage was 300 mg which was divided into one or three doses. SH 582 was clinically found effective for prostatism. It seems that the preparation is worthy of trial in patients who are unable or unwilling to receive surgical procedure. |
