| 抄録: | A case of intravaginal torsion of the testicle in a 20-year-old male was reported. The left affected testicle was removed 7 hours after the onset of pain at the left scrotal content. The incidence, cause, symptoms, diagnosis, and therapy were discussed. Discussion was further made especially on the choice of orchiectomy or detorsion as well as on necessity of orchiopexy on the other side. |
