| 抄録: | The effect of mepirizole (Mebron) was studied in 48 women with acute cystitis using double blind method. In 27 cases Mebron was administered for 7 days with 300 mg per day. In 21 cases placebo .was given for same days. The results obtained were as follows ; 1) The first group consisting of 13 cases having bacterial counts of bladder urine over 100, 000 per ml responded slightly with mebron only. 2) Mebron gave good efficacy than the plac e bo on the second group consisting of 14 cases having counts under 100, 000 per ml. 3) Side effect was seen in 3 cases, one in the group treated with Mebron and 2 in the placebo group. All of three complaind of slight epigastralgia. |
