| 抄録: | A 54-year-old man was admitted because of difficult urination, cons t ipation and pain of the lower extremities. An intrapelvic tumor was suspected. Autopsy revealed cancer of the esophagus which had been clinically silent. There were extensive metastases to various sites including the intrapelvic one. Difficult voiding was probably due to this intrapelvic tumor involving the pelvic nerves, thus causing neurogenic bladder. |
