| 抄録: | 1) Fifteen males with impotence due to various causes were treated with Glukor injection for six weeks. The drug was administered twice a week. Clinical effectiveness was evaluated as excellent 5, good 5, and no effect 5. Ten patients had urinary biochem istry tests such as 17-KS, testosterone and gonadotropin before and after the treatment. Hormonal response was excellent in 4, good in 4 and poor in 2. 2) The drug was especially effective for hypogonadotropic cases and good even for psy chogenic cases. It was, however, not so good for posttraumatic or diabetic cases. 3) No noticeable side reaction was encountered in any case during adm i n istration of this drug. Glukor : This contains HCG, L-glutamic acid and thiamine hydrochloride. |
