| 抄録: | A 22-year-old man was admitted to the medical department becaus e of pale face and bleeding from the gingiva. He was diagnosed as chronic myelogenous leukemia, and the treatment was instituted. Meanwhile, he developed difficult urination finally leading to complete urinary retention for which indwelling catheter was placed. It was thought due to myelitis. Autopsy revealed subarachnoid hemorrhage, splenomegaly, general lymphadenopathy and multiple hemorrhages. |
