| 抄録: | Erythroplasia is a rare lesion of the glans penis. A 47-year-old male farmer was seen with the chief complaint of tumor and pain of the glans penis. Histopathological study of the biopsy specimen revealed erythroplasia. Bleomycin injection and radiation therapy were applied. However, it didn't effect and penectomy was performed. After this operation, the lesion was histopathologically diagnosed as sequamous cell carcinoma. |
