dc.description.abstractTwo cases of tuberculosis of the spermatic cord were presented. The first case was a 46-year-old male with a chief complaint of a painful induration of the left scrotal contents. The second case was a 42-year-old man with similar complaint. Each case was suspected of tuberculous epididymitis by physical examination, and explorative operations were performed. However, the induration was found to be present in the spermatic cord with normal epididymis in each case. Histopathologic findings of both specimens revealed tuberculosis of the spermatic cord and intact epididymides. The literatures were reviewed including 88 cases published in Japan.en
