| 抄録: | Three cases of bladder tumor simulating chronic cystitis were reported. In all these cases cystoscopy showed hyperemia and edema of the bladder mucosa, suggesting chronic cystitis. But urinary cytology was positive and transurethral bladder biopsy revealed grade 3 transitional cell carcinoma in all the cases. Difficulty of differentiating bladder tumor of this type from chronic cystitis was stated, and importance of urinary cytology, ultraviolet cystoscopy and transurethral bladder biopsy in differential diagnosis was stressed. |
