| 抄録: | Ureteroileosigmoidostomy was performed for a 72-year-old man with the far advanced bladder cancer, and a 66-year-old man with the right ureteral stenosis after simple ureterosigmoidostomy. Both of them are progressing favorably. Some advantages of ureteroileosigmoidostomy, comparing with simple ureterosigmoidostomy, are discussed. And it is emphasized that this method is useful not only as the first choice for the urinary diversion, but also as the reparative operation for the case which need the ureteral reimplantation because of the ureteral stenosis after ureterosigmoidostomy. |
