| 抄録: | A 22-year-old man was admitted because of hydronephrosis of the left kidney due to obstruction at the upper end of the ureter. He had flank pain but never seen gross hematuria. On exploration, there were no aberrant vessels constricting the ureteropelvic junction. Palpation of the obstructed area revealed no stone. On making a longitudinal incision on the ureter, a papillary tumor protruded. Nephroureterectomy was performed. This is the first reported case of ureteral carcinoma seen in the third decade. |
