| 抄録: | 1. A case of reticulum cell sarcoma manifested primarily in the left testicle is reported. This patient, a man aged 39, is alive without any demonstrable evidence of recurrent tumor 11 months after left orchiectomy with left retroperitoneal lymphnode dissection, postoperative tele-CO60 irradiation to the retroperitoneal node-bearing areas and chemotherapy with 5 FU. 2. Statistical survey was made on 35 cases of reticulum cell saroma of the testis reported in Japan up to Feb. 1972 and 15 cases reported in Europe and U. S. A., and discussions were added on its clinical features. diagnosis, pathohistoiogy, therapy, prognosis, pathohistogenesis and metastasis. |
