| 抄録: | 1) Minocycline, a new tetracycline, was administered to 20 patients with urinary tract infection. Effective rate was 80 %. 2) Gram-negative bacilli disappeared in 71.4 % of the patients. This proves excellent antimicrobial action of Minocycline. 3) Urinalysis and clinical symptoms also improved after administration of this drug. 4) As to side effect, slight vertigo was seen in five cases (20.5 %). |
