| 抄録: | Neomyson G (Injection) was administered to 26 cases after urologic surgery in order to prevent postoperative infection at the dosage of 1 to 1.5 g daily for 5 to 7 days. Prophylactic effect of Neomyson G after surgery was remarkable for infection of the surgical wounds. Acute infection with high fever after surgery was prevented by using Neomyson G except 2 cases treated by pyelolithotomy. Urinary infections after surgery was observed in 9 cases with or without indwelling catheter. No significant side effect was observed in this series. |
