| 抄録: | Suprapubic prostatectomy was performed on a 62-year-old man. On the third postoperative day, he was attacked by high fever and died of a typical shock. Blood and urine culture detected Morganella, which caused Gram negative endotoxin shock. A 36-year-old woman had the premature separation of placenta. She fell into renal insufficiency caused by low blood pressure owing to bleeding and circulatory disturbance by disseminated intravascular coagulation. About these cases, discussions were made on their clinical courses, laboratory data and treatment. |
