骨転移を合併する前立腺癌にかんする臨床的研究 第3編: 85Sr による骨シンチグラムの診断的価値

Abstract

85Sr scintiscanning was applied to 13 cases of prostatic cancer. Radiographic examination showed positive bone lesion in 4, negative in 7, and questionable in 2. Bone scintigram was more sensitive in detection of bone lesion as judged from such result as positive in 7 and negative in 6. Bone scintiscanning did not give much trouble to the patients and could be carried out with safe even for the aged patients. Metastatic bone lesion would be correctly diagnosed if x-ray examination, enzymological and radioisotope study were applied together.
